ARN Social Counter is a Vendix Pro Elementor widget of the Newspaper module that shows the site's social profiles with follower counts for a sidebar. The counts are typed in by hand and nothing is fetched from the networks, and the widget arrives with the followers of a sample local paper.

  • Needs: the Newspaper module (Vendix → Smart Features → Newspaper Widgets). The widget does not need any posts.
  • Profiles: Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, RSS or another network with its own name, each with a profile address, a follower count and the text under the number.
  • Profile address: a profile without its own address uses the one saved in Vendix → Company Information, when there is one; without an address the tile is not a link.
  • Numbers: large numbers are shortened from 10,000 on (24,800 becomes 24.8K) unless turned off. In the tiles, the network name is read by screen readers when a number is shown.
  • Columns and links: 1 to 4 tile columns per device (3 on desktop and tablets, 2 on phones), and profiles open in a new tab by default.
  • Style: tile background, icon and text colors with hover colors, space between tiles, number typography, and an optional header in the four Newspaper styles with "Follow Us" as its default title.
