ARN Split Image is a Vendix Pro Elementor widget that cuts one image into a grid of separate pieces with gaps between them. The pieces move when the pointer is over the image, and the widget arrives with a sample drawing of a botanic garden palm house.

Each example below is the same widget with a different Hover Effect setting. Move the pointer over the image.

The top and bottom rows shift a few pixels toward the middle row, so the grid closes in slightly.

Every piece shrinks a little and the gaps between them grow wider.

The pieces move away from the center and tilt slightly, then return when the pointer leaves.

  • Grid: 3 rows and 4 columns by default, each from 1 to 12. Each piece shows its part of the image, and the image covers the whole grid at its own proportions.
  • Hover effect: Lift Pieces by default, or Zoom Pieces, Subtle Scatter or None.
  • Entrance animation: the pieces fade and rise in one after another when the image comes on screen, with a stagger delay of 45 ms by default. The Subtle Scatter example above has it on.
  • Size and spacing: a height of 500 px and a gap of 8 px by default, with a radius and border for each piece.
  • Accessibility: the grid is announced as one image with its alternative text. Visitors who ask for reduced motion get no transitions and no entrance animation.
