These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of arnsmart.com and the purchase, installation, and use of our software Products: Cardix, Ticketix, WebP, and Linkix. By accessing our website or purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Our Products
We offer the following digital software Products, each designed for specific use cases:

2. License Grant
Upon successful payment processed by Paddle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product(s) for the following:
Single Site License: For use on one (1) active website or domain, unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement.
Developer/Extended License: For use on multiple sites or for client projects, as defined at the time of purchase.
Licenses are valid for the term specified during checkout (e.g., 1 year) and require renewal to continue receiving updates and support.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease the software or any portion thereof.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the software.
Use the software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized third parties.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and license keys.
All activities that occur under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Support and Updates
We provide technical support for our Products to licensed users. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting issues related to the core functionality of the software.
Updates are provided throughout the active license period and may include:
Bug fixes and security patches
Performance improvements
New features (at our discretion)
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or custom code modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All Products, including source code, documentation, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of ARN Smart by Abdulrahman Nahhas. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and access to our Services if:
You violate any provision of these Terms.
Your license expires or is not renewed.
We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and delete all copies from your servers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the software. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARN Smart and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Product during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in İstanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
