The Free edition, published on WordPress.org as ARN Smart Visitor Intent, provides the visitor-intent and contact experience with core visitor, website and Growth data-health views. Pro extends that workflow with forms, Growth actions, experiments, automation and reporting.

Requirements. WordPress 6.5 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. Both editions are tested up to WordPress 7.1, checked on PHP 8.5 and also run on sites that use the SQLite database, such as WordPress Playground and WordPress Studio. Connected Google reports require a configured Google Site Kit installation and authorized property access. Commerce views require their relevant data sources.
AI connection. AI uses your own provider account and API key. Pro uses the connection selected in Settings > ARN Center and does not switch to another provider automatically. Free uses the shared Settings > ARN Free AI screen (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, xAI Grok, Mistral, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint or WordPress AI on WordPress 7.0 or later) and keeps AI off until an administrator turns on AI Insights.
Licensing. The Pro licence is activated and checked in Settings > ARN Center > Licences; sites updating from Visioix Pro 1.1.5 or earlier activate it there once. On WordPress Multisite, one licence covers the whole network, is bound to the network's main domain and is managed only by network administrators, while Visioix settings and data stay per site. Visitor, AJAX and REST requests never wait for the licence server. Agency licensing is handled through ARN Smart.
Moving from Free to Pro. When Visioix Pro is activated next to ARN Smart Visitor Intent, Pro deactivates the Free plugin on the next admin screen and starts on the following request; visitor data is preserved. AI settings do not move, so enter the provider key again in Settings > ARN Center. Pro shows that reminder once.
