Company Data
Vendix Company Data is a central record for a WordPress site's company, contact, legal and social information. Dynamic Tags, shortcodes and connected widget controls carry those values into widgets, the independent header and footer layouts, structured data and contact buttons, so a detail is maintained once and reused.
Company Information
Give repeated business details one place to be maintained.
Store the site name, the company's full and short name, logo, address, two phone numbers, WhatsApp number, working hours, map link and company email. Each field has its own shortcode, such as [company_phone] or [company_whatsapp], and supported phone, email, WhatsApp, address and map destinations turn that information into useful visitor actions.
A contact detail can then be reused by several components without keeping independent copies of the same value. Public display labels and generated destinations have different roles: a readable phone label still needs a valid call destination.
No borrowed email address. The company email starts empty and does not fall back to the WordPress admin email. Until it is filled in, Header & Footer layouts, the Company Information widget, [site_mail] and structured data show no email address.
Notes for empty fields. Where a value is missing, administrators see a "Fill this in Vendix → Company Data" note in Header & Footer placeholders and in the ARN Company Information widget.
Review the centrally stored information and its output together. A shared source improves consistency when the components actually use that source.
Legal Information
Show the registration details of the country where the company is registered.
Legal Information follows the country of registration: Türkiye, Saudi Arabia or another country. The screen shows that country's fields, and values of fields another country does not use are kept when you switch.

Every country also has the legal company name, shown with [company_legal_name].
Tax line. [company_tax] prints "tax office / tax number" in Türkiye and the tax or VAT number alone elsewhere. Labels in Company Information follow the country, for example "VAT Number" and "Commercial Registration (CR)" for Saudi Arabia.
Structured data. The Organization schema of SEO & Visibility carries the tax number as taxID, or as vatID in Saudi Arabia, and the registry numbers as identifier values: CR, trade registry, MERSIS or company registration.
Vendix stores and shows these details; it does not check them against a registry or decide which details your business must publish. The country-based legal fields are part of Vendix Pro.
Dynamic Output
Let the layout use the value without becoming its source.
Use supported Dynamic Tags, shortcodes and connected widget controls to select company values. Contact buttons, map links, information cards and builder elements can use those values in their own presentation. [company_value field="…" fallback="…"] prints any field with a fallback, and [company_link type="whatsapp"] builds a link from a stored value.
Phone numbers on right-to-left pages. Phone and WhatsApp numbers keep their left-to-right order on right-to-left pages in Company Data shortcodes and Dynamic Tags, Header & Footer contact items and placeholders, ARN Contact Cards and ARN Company Information.
Review fallback and missing-value behavior so an empty record does not leave a misleading action on the page. Design controls remain with the component; the central record remains responsible for the information.
Connected Features
Let more of the site read the same record.
Several Vendix features read Company Data instead of asking for the same value again:
- Floating Contact: the site-wide button and the ARN Floating Contact widget take WhatsApp, phone, email and map from Company Data when their own fields are empty.
- Quick Buy Buttons: "Ask on WhatsApp" and "Order on WhatsApp" open WhatsApp with the Company Data number and stay hidden until a number is added.
- ARN Hero — Fashion: the social links of the top strip use Company Data when the widget's own links are empty.
- ARN Hero — Parallax: the corner social links come from the Company Data profiles.
- ARN Social Counter: a profile without its own address uses the Company Data address.
- Organization schema: the company name, legal name, phone, email, address and logo fill the Organization structured data of SEO & Visibility where its own organization fields are empty; the tax and registry numbers come from Legal Information.
A channel or network without a value is left out instead of showing an empty link. Quick Buy Buttons, the ARN Hero designs, Social Counter and Floating Contact are part of Vendix Pro.

Does changing a record update text I typed manually elsewhere?
Only supported outputs connected to that record follow it. Independent text entered manually in another page remains separate.
Which legal fields does Vendix show for my country?
Choose the country of registration in Legal Information. Türkiye shows tax office, tax number, trade registry, MERSIS and chamber numbers; Saudi Arabia shows the CR number and the VAT registration number; any other country shows a tax or VAT number and a company registration number.
Which components can use the central values?
Supported Dynamic Tags, shortcodes and connected widget controls can select company values. Contact buttons, map links, information cards, builder elements, Floating Contact and the WhatsApp quick buy buttons then use those values in their own presentation.
What happens when a record value is empty?
Connected outputs leave it out: a contact channel without a value is not shown, and an empty company email shows no address. Shortcodes such as [company_value] can print a fallback instead. Administrators see a "Fill this in Vendix → Company Data" note in Header & Footer placeholders and ARN Company Information.

Connect profiles to the website's contact experience.
Maintain the official profile addresses for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and TikTok centrally, each with its own
[company_social network="…"]shortcode. Use them in appropriate social, contact or footer components rather than re-entering each destination.Choose relevant channels, review the public labels and test the final links. Leave unused channels out of the output instead of filling them with placeholder addresses.
Social links provide a route to an existing profile; they do not imply a live platform feed or an account connection where that integration is not configured.
